Various problems are occurring in these neighborhoods.  Items are missing from lawns, other items have been destroyed.  Neighbor complaints to Police about activities not going on, Police appear at all hours.  In the future, when the Police appear, the name of the individual filing the complaint should be recalled and spoken to.  Note: The public forum went on for a long time.
